IS ANYBODY OUT THERE?

 U.S. Navy Veteran Roshawn Banks

Turkey for dinner! - those savoring justice in the Gardiner matter will have to wait until after Thanksgiving.  Florida Bar v. Gardiner has been pushed back once again, this time until Tuesday, November 27th, and Wednesday, November 28th.  Notices have been filed to depose Bar witness Bruce Rogow, as well as Gardiner W's Mike Brannon and Craig WilliamsVivian Reyes was allowed to withdraw from representation of Broward's former chief criminal judge on September 14th, which means Team Gardiner is now comprised of stalwart David Bogenschutz, together with Palm Beach heavyweight Jack Goldberger, who regularly stomps on the home turf he shares with umpire David CrowAll aboard the Loureiro Express!

Coming Soon - Maybe more, maybe less ...

I see Brannon is still trying to schmooze his way around, and for what? Pathetic when you think about it. Worse when you have to witness it over and over again. This oiling of the palms routine is looking really tired.

I'm freakin bowled over in complete and utter shock and dismay by your post exposing actual corruption in Broward politics and law enforcement! Are you freakin kidding me? And the perp suffered no consequences? WOW! In our Broward cesspool of political and Law Enforcement corruption , the perps are typically rewarded! What gives? Something is terribly wrong when this copper ain't promoted! Would we necessarily know if he were rewarded some other way, like a cash payout? This is an absolute disgrace to the very essence of our beloved Courthouse culture and most unrepresentative when there is no HAPPY ENDING, like a promotion or ceremonial medal! Do not be discouraged ...... It's an apparent oversight! I'm sure that, Broward ShitWhole is true to itself.....You can bet Broward Chief Judge Peter Weinstein has his tiny, hairless testicles right in the mix and is deciding on an Honorable mention, at very least! why always so negative! give our great leader, who often reminds me of Winston Churchill the benefit of the doubt! THEY OPERATE IN PACKS AND HAVE NO SHAME. IT'S EASIER TO COVER FOR ONE ANOTHER WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG THAT WAY. GARDINER WENT WRONG AND THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD COVER IT UP BUT FAILED.SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY FROM THE LIES AND ATTEMPTED INTIMIDATION OF THOSE THAT CAME FORWARD WITH THE TRUTH THAT ULTIMATELY LED TO HER DOWNFALL. NOW SHE SHOULD BE PUNISHED JUST LIKE ALL THE DEFENDANTS THAT CAME BEFORE HER SEEKING JUSTICE AND RECEIVED NONE. JUSTICE SHOULD BE DEALT WITH AN EVEN HAND.

You're just now getting it? This application of the double standard of so called justice is rampant in Broward County.
If you're poor or underprivileged and get caught for a minor offense, you go to jail. If you're a judge or public official and get caught, you usually get off without any problems.
Just look at the judges in Broward and what they've gotten away with.
Then look the jail population of poor blacks, mentally ill, and petty drug possession charges. You get the picture?
This is Broward County. It's worse than Alabama in the 50s.
Corruption pays when you're on the public payroll.
The poor pay by being sent to jail or being put on probation so they can be kept in the so called justice system, and tax payers are pumped to keep it just as it is.
Gardiner should go down in flames. And for those that say she's suffer enough already: Think about the message this sends. It's not a good one.

Justice and the law is a 2 edged sword. The 14 amendment guarantees equal protection of law as does Fla. const. this includes the other edge: equal "NON-protection" of law. When the protectors fail to apply the law as written and decided to protect someone and instead act to violate those rights to life or liberty, then they waive their own protection of their lives and liberty from their victims and authorize getting a good as they gave.

U can't count on Weinstein to rein in judges that would rather do next to nothing because they know they can get away with it. He doesn't have it in him. Vote out these lazy judges and exercise your right to put to an end this sense of entitlement these same lazy judges think is their right. Vote for candidates that want to make a change to this reprehensible practice of waste and poor attitude.

The best thing that could happen is for voters of Broward to give these slacker judges the old heave-ho. If they can't do the job, we need better people that will. My vote without a doubt is for Banks. Diaz has had his chance and in my opinion blown it. It's really time for a change.
