The question is how Hurley is gonna squirm his way thru this one. Is it only in Broward County that in-court deputies have a thing for produce? We all know Levenson is a gourd.
If they didn't place these old turnips in court as court deputies, maybe they wouldn't have these sort of problems. What kind of security this dude could be is beyond the realm of understanding as it is unless it was to observe a game of poker.
Shouldn't the charge have been assault with a deadly turnip anyway?

Hurley must find himself between a rock and a hard spot on this one. It may very well turn out to be way too complicated for him. As far as Cunningham, if he had spent as much time repairing things with his wife as he did trying to sell cruise tickets, he may not have found himself in this position. It's easy to c why Levenson likes him so much he'd let him run his courtroom though. Broward really does have a bunch of winners both on and off the bench. Makes you wonder.

I didn't get to see the the bailiff being arraigned. Did Judge Hurley do like he normally does and play it up for channel 7 and say stuff like "It says here you handcuffed and shackled your wife in a dingy 441 hotel room and sexually assaulted her after she helped you bring in your groceries".. or was he kinda mum on this one?

Kinda makes me wonder about the courthouse policy that the courtroom deputies//baliffs//whatever they are called this week do not have to go thru the metal detectors at the entrances to the courthouse. Because, of course, there is no way one of them could be the type of person to do something crazy.
