Sometimes I wonder whether or not certain attorneys simply push cases because it brings them attention. You are absolutely right when you say that people who are clearly innocent should not be forced to stand trial. These ridiculous trials are pointless and cost tax payers significant amounts of money.

It never ceases to amaze me at how much money is wasted by governments on trivial things like private restrooms. However, I am extremely glad that there are individuals like you who are bringing some of this outrageous practices to light.

4:24pm You have no clue! Hurley has more brains in his little finger than his opponent has in her entire body. ANYONE who heard her speak on the campaign trail will tell you that Hurley is WAY WAY WAY smarter the her. She sounded like a duffus when she spoke. Hurley kicked her ass because he is a really good judge and people rallied around him (not to mention she was an absolute duffus).

Morons may create stigma, but only for themselves. It rubs off on other African Americans only in the minds of racists. Do I bear the stigma of Cheney's war crimes because I, too, am Caucasian? Am I bound to suffer the ignominy of AIG fraud or Wall Street plunder because those perpetrators are white men. Hardly. Quit painting with such a large brush.
