Although, once again, you fail to provide a usable citation to the Alabama and Florida Bar Rules which you claim allow dissemination of information regarding dangerous products, I've decided to not waste my time even bothering to look. Regardless of what those Rules may or not say, I know --although you apparently don't -- that they can't possibly trump Judge Moore's gag-order.*

*That would be the same gag-order you violated when you took your attention-craving ass over to 60 Minutes to discuss the very same case Judge Moore's order forbid you and all other parties thereto from publicly discussing.

Best Candidates:
Hursey, Brenda D.,Mindy Brown. All class acts, very competent and hard working. Many people have an opinion about Brenda but as a traffic magistrate she was totally fair, always on time, always pleasant---always went beyond the call of duty. Can you say that about Avalos (slower than anyone , won't sign an order) Hursey, great judicial temperment, very bright. Mindy Brown, just a great person as well as a great lawyer.....I believe she has adopted autistic children.
Worst Choices:
Hurley (not a good guy)
Francois (I would not hire to do a traffic ticket....she would probably fail to show up)

A man "takes my wife" and he's welcome to her. She wasn't worth keeping. I'd thank him for making that clear to me -- not weep, moan, and gnash my teeth over some loss. Ain't no loss.

Now, the sacking of my village and the pillaging of my fields, that's a entirely different matter.

Little howie is far from a celebrity, his ego has him thinking he is, but he can't get it any further than here. And you must be on his paycheck are you one of his assts making over $110,000. You have mentioned before that it is only the courthouse people that can't stand little high heeled howie, well that consists of more than five, and think of all there families and there friends, there are plenty of people that can't stand little howie. And it doesn't take any kind of personality to do his one minute show, he is BORING. Let someone else fill in for him and you wouldn't even know he was gone.

It disturbs me that when anyone reacts strongly to the unfairness of certain judges, they are
labelled "unstable" "crazy." If these pro se litigants are crazy, they come by it honestly. This is one of the effects of injustice.

Also, I think we tend to tell the ex-husbands to "suck it up" ... "get over it..." "move on." I think we de-value the man's reaction to having another man take his wife, family and home. It is no less difficult for the man than for a woman who gets dumped for a younger woman after she lost her youth and has spend her best earning years raising children.

The "crazy" state that results from splitting up a family is one more reason for judges to act more humbly when rendering decisions that will hurt one side or the other.

I assume you intend to make good on your threat to sue Mr. Min for libel in federal court (despite no apparent basis to claim federal jurisdiction). Because, if not, aren't you going to have a better-than-likely chance of your case being assigned to a judge who hasn't properly sworn a valid loyalty oath?

Burn all your bridges, if you care to do so, Jack. Just don't thereafter try to cross them.
